Returns

Can I return my products?

You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order to us free of charge by 1) using our return form or 2) informing us (e.g. by e-mail or post) that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Please ensure your return meets the following conditions: 

 

  • Returns can be sent up to 30 days after receiving your order. 

  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics may only be returned if the seal remains unbroken for sealed products. 

  • Return your products, if possible, in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box). 

  • For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to charge for the damage. Trying on clothing in a hygienic manner is of course permitted. 

  • Please also return the gift to us if you return the entire order. If not, we will charge the purchase amount of the gift when purchasing, with the amount to be returned. 

  • The following products cannot be returned: (digital) Rituals gift cards that have been used and personalised products.  

Tip: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.

The General Terms and Conditions apply to your delivered products. You are permitted to make returns using the right of withdrawal.
