Purchased your products online?
You can return your products either by mail or by visiting one of our stores.
If you wish to return your products by mail, you can register your return using our return form. You will then receive an e-mail with instructions and your return label.
Print your return label and stick it on the box, place the form listing which products you are returning in the box. Please ensure that returned products meet our return conditions.
Refer to your return instructions to see which delivery service will return your order to us. It is usually easy to find a local location where you can drop off your return package via the delivery service's website.
If you prefer to visit one of our stores, please visit your nearest store (excluding outlet stores) in the same country in which your order was placed. Simply show an employee the QR code in your order confirmation email and we will take care of the rest.
Purchased your products in store?
Simply return to one of our stores with your original receipt and our colleagues will be more than happy to help you. Please take note of the returns policy on the bottom of your (digital) receipt.
Note: returns made with a gift receipt can only be exchanged.
You will of course be given ample opportunity to consider your purchase. You can return your order to us free of charge by 1) using our return form or 2) informing us (e.g. by e-mail or post) that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:
Returns can be sent up to 30 days after receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetics may only be returned if the seal remains unbroken for sealed products.
Return your products, if possible, in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box).
For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to charge for the damage. Trying on clothing in a hygienic manner is of course permitted.
Please also return the gift to us if you return the entire order. If not, we will charge the purchase amount of the gift when purchasing, with the amount to be returned.
The following products cannot be returned: (digital) Rituals gift cards that have been used and personalised products.
Tip: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.
The General Terms and Conditions apply to your delivered products. You are permitted to make returns using the right of withdrawal.
If you received a complimentary gift with your purchase and are returning the entire order, we kindly ask that you include the gift in your return shipment. Should you choose to keep the gift, the value of the item will be deducted from your refund.
Please note: If you're only returning part of your order and the remaining total falls below the minimum spend required to receive the gift, the gift must also be returned. If it is not included, we will deduct its value from your refund.

After your return shipment has been delivered to us, we will repay the purchase amount as quickly as possible via your original payment method. It can take up to 14 days before your repayment is fully processed after receipt. If the purchase amount after this period has still not reached your account, we will be happy to help you further using your order number and shipping confirmation.
Gift card: if you have paid for your order with a gift card, we will return the purchase amount to that card. Be sure to hold onto your gift card for 30 days after placing your order. Did you pay with a gift card and another payment method? We will transfer the amount paid back to each payment method. If you no longer have your used gift card but are expecting a refund on it, please contact us for assistance in replacing it.
